These terms govern your use of the ToolTracked mobile application and website at tooltracked.com. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ToolTracked.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@tooltracked.com.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ToolTracked. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission.
ToolTracked grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for managing your own tool inventory. You may use the app on any device you own, create tool records, capture photos, generate reports, and export your data.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app. You may not use the app to violate any law or infringe on anyone's rights. You may not share your account with others or resell access to the service. You may not use automated systems to scrape data from the app or overload our servers.
ToolTracked offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro is available at $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app's settings or by contacting us. After cancellation, you retain Pro access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We may change subscription pricing in the future. If we do, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle after notice is given, not retroactively.
ToolTracked provides estimated replacement values generated by AI based on available pricing data. These estimates are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as appraisals, guarantees of value, or professional valuations. You are responsible for verifying and adjusting values as needed. ToolTracked is not liable for inaccurate valuations or any decisions made based on them.
The insurance export feature generates a PDF summary of your tool inventory. This report is provided as a convenience to help you document your tools. ToolTracked does not guarantee that any insurance company will accept the report, and the report does not constitute an insurance policy, appraisal, or binding valuation. You are responsible for confirming your insurer's documentation requirements.
You own your data. The tool records, photos, and information you enter into ToolTracked belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You can delete individual tools at any time through the app. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at support@tooltracked.com.
We aim to keep ToolTracked available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the app without prior notice. In rare cases, we may discontinue the service entirely — if we do, we will provide at least 60 days' notice and allow you to export your data.
ToolTracked is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolTracked's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
ToolTracked is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or costs of replacement tools or equipment.
You can stop using ToolTracked at any time by deleting the app and requesting account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where possible. On termination, your right to use the app ends, but sections on liability, data ownership, and disclaimers continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of ToolTracked after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
